Ed O’Keefe of The Washington Post in his column, The Federal Eye, Sept.30, stated that federal government employees enrolled in the Federal Employees Health Benefit Plan will pay an average of 8.8% more in health-care costs in 2010 according to an OPM release. Costs of dental and vision plans will also increase 4.2 and 2.4% respectively.
