January 2012
OPEDA partners with
Federal/Postal Coalition (representing over 4.3 million Federal and Postal
employees and annuitants) and a number of other Government-wide and USDA
employee organizations to cosponsor a number of letters to our elected
officials in response to proposed legislation related to Federal employees
and annuitants. Some examples of these proposed legislative changes
follow. Some of the proposals could cause great harm to our members
and them must be fiercely contested. OPEDA is working hard to help
protect the compensation and benefits of our members.
